In a series of recent diplomatic communications, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan engaged in phone discussions with his counterparts from the United Kingdom, Qatar, and Kuwait. During his conversation with Ed Miliband, the newly appointed Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, Prince Faisal extended his congratulations and expressed his optimism for strengthened bilateral cooperation. The two officials took the opportunity to review the current state of Saudi-UK relations, focusing on ways to bolster joint initiatives aimed at supporting both regional and international security.

In separate dialogues, Prince Faisal spoke with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, as well as Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. The discussions underscored the importance of ongoing coordination among their nations to uphold regional stability. These talks also included a unified condemnation of recent attacks targeting Saudi Arabia and other regional countries, attributed to Iran and its allied militias.
