They were updated on Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s recent communications, which included dialogues with Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Additionally, the Cabinet noted a correspondence received from Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, highlighting the diverse range of international interactions Saudi Arabia is engaged in.
In terms of diplomatic and economic collaboration, the Cabinet sanctioned a series of agreements that aim to bolster Saudi Arabia’s international partnerships. Among these was a memorandum of understanding with the United States focused on enhancing cooperation in education and training. This agreement is expected to foster deeper ties between the two countries in these critical sectors.
Furthermore, the Cabinet ratified a new air transport services agreement with Pakistan, designed to strengthen aviation links and promote increased connectivity between the two nations. Domestically, the Cabinet took significant steps to modernize its regulatory environment by adopting new executive regulations concerning real estate ownership by non-Saudis. These updated rules aim to streamline foreign property ownership within the Kingdom, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s commitment to reforming its regulatory framework to attract international investment and boost economic growth.
